The „Organization of Swiss Ex-pat's“ (ASO) revealed their new website. The goal of this new platform is the worldwide networking of the approximately 700,000 Swiss currently living in foreign countries.

SwissCommunity is a high-end internet platform aimed at former, current and future Swiss Expatriates, and is free of charge. Furthermore SwissCommunity is in many ways a „Club“ for Swiss Ex-pat's and is focused on the needs of the Swiss as they continue to voyage across the globe.

With but a few clicks, any member, whether at home or abroad, can contact other Swiss Ex-pat's nearby, or across the world, thereby keeping each other current with local news and other thematic of special interest to those living in foreign countries. The main goal of the SwissCommunity website is to improve and strengthen the networking capabilities of Swiss Ex-pat's with their homeland.

The „Swiss Expatriates Organization“ worked in conjunctionnnnn with their strategic partners swissinfo, Schweiz Tourismus, MEDIAparx and ManRey to conceptualize and create this internet platform.

The official launch date of SwissCommunity is the 21. August 2010 in St. Gallen. It will be presented at the „88th Annual Swiss Expatriates Convention“. We are proud to be on-board providing the hosting infrastructure for this outstanding website.
