New e-mail account

In the e-mail administration you see an overview of all accounts. At the end of this list, you find the button “New Mailbox Account”. A new pop up will appear (see picture).

Username: this will be the new e-mai address.

User note: this is description of the user, usually name and surname

Password: please choose for safety reason not an easy one.

Fwd: means “forwarding” and make possible, to forward incoming mails directly to a third e-mail address.

Delete e-mail account

At the list of all e-mail accounts, you will find for each account the button “delete”. This operation must be confirmed.
