To make the configuration for spam filtering, make the login into your e-mail administration. Our spam filter is made to conducive to a easy daily office live, without annoying messages.

After, choose the button „SpamAsssasin“. Now, following pop-up will appear.

For scanning e-mails, please choose “on”

Required Spam Hits

The spam filter is checking each mail. It adds all penalty points, given for each characteristic, typical for spam-mails. The total made will decide, if it passes through the filter, depending the value you set. Lower values will made a stronger filtering.

This value can contain a decimal, but set with a point and not with a comma (correct: 4.5 / false: 4,5).

Delete of spam e-mails

E-mails, identified as spam, could be collected in a separate e-mail box or deleted without receiving a copy. If you like to delete it for your account, choose delete spam “on”.

Collecting spam e-mails

If you collect spam e-mails in a separate account, take in consideration that the disk space could be overcharged rapidly. In this case, we suggest to check the box every month and to clean it up.

It’s not necessary to open an e-mail account on your mail client for the spam account. You can handle it using just our webmail.

White list

Listing of e-mail addresses, which should never be filtered, independent from their content. You can also list all e-mail addresses of a domain, putting “@nicedomain.com” in the list.

Black list

Listing of e-mail undesired addresses, not recognized by the spam filter. This is a good opportunity to protect you against personal annoyance. It’s also possible to block all e-mails from one domain, putting “@undesireddomain.com” in the list.
