To make the configuration for spam filtering, make the login into your e-mail administration. After, choose the button „SpamAsssasin“. Now, following pop-up will appear.

For scanning e-mails, please choose “on”

Delete of spam e-mails

E-mails, identified as spam, could be collected in a separate e-mail box or deleted without receiving a copy. If you like to delete it for your account, choose delete spam “on”.

Collecting spam e-mails

If you collect spam e-mails in a separate account, take in consideration that the disk space could be overcharged rapidly. In this case, we suggest to check the box every month and to clean it up.

It’s not necessary to open an e-mail account on your mail client for the spam account. You can handle it using just our webmail.
