How does the backup system function at webstyle? 

webstyle daily procures back-ups of all Mail-, Web- and Data bank data. The most recently updated backups are saved locally and are thereby always readily available. Additionally webstyle procures weekly and monthly back-ups, which are located on a geographically separate server.

Backups are maintained for Web- and Data bank data for two months. Please Note: deleted E-mails cannot be retrieved.

What should I do when I need a backup?

Write to our technicians provide them with all necessary details, such as, domain name, exact file or data element, as well as the requested date of back-up.

Should I still conduct my own private backups?

This is not necessary. webstyle's back-up system is 100% reliable and saves you the unnecessary effort. Individual back-ups will be useful to you only when you wish to work on your website outside of our regular office hours. Exception: E-mail . In certain circumstances it may be required by law to have accurate and separate back-ups of your E-mail archives.

What does webstyle charge to provide backup and restore services?

With the exception of the STARTER and BASIC packages our backup and restore services are free of charge. Complex searches for missing and correct data, as well as services for the two previously mentioned packages are charged based on complexity and time required.
