I lost my access information – what can I do ?

Write us an e-mail or call us. We will resend this information to the authorized recipient of those information.

Can we get different passwords for e-mail administration, web statistic, ftp and phpMyAdmin?

Of course! In case of different responsibilities, we suggest to do it this way. It’s also possible to get different passwords for each ftp-account.

How can I change the password?

Let us know which password you like to edit. Only the password for the own e-mail account can (must) be changed by the customer him-self.

In which cases should we change passwords?

You should change it in a case of…

• New external partner / supplier for your website or e-mail administrator or if you cease the partnership with a person, possessing one of this passwords
• If an employer, possessing one of this passwords leaves the company
• If the password stay unchanged for a long period
• If you suspect that someone abused the access right to one of this application

How strong should a password be?

We suggest to use at least 8 characters, including figures, letters and special signs.
