Most important configuration to work with Zimbra
Autoresponder
Login to your web client and look for “preferences”/”mail”. The responder starts and ends at the selected date.
Mail filter
This is a very helpful option to manage then entrance of the mails. It’s an easy way to make a classification, for example for newsletters or mails sent from same domain.
Mail signatures
The signatures aren’t synchronized. So if you use mail client software, you have to create the signature twice – in your web client and in your mail client.
Sharing
With Zimbra it’s possible to share e-mail (folders), calendar, contacts and documents.
