The signatures aren’t synchronized. So if you use mail client software, you have to create the signature twice – in your web client and in your mail client.

Go to the preferences/mail and select the option “signatures”. It’s possible to create different signatures. Set your preferred signature under “account”. If you manage different mail accounts, you can set the standard signature for each account.
